1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Parsify (located at parsify.tools, "the Website", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Use License & Service Provision

Parsify provides tools for client-side data conversion, validation, class generation, comparison, and analysis. All code generation, parsing, formatting, and analysis are performed locally within your browser using HTML5 features.

You maintain 100% ownership, copyright, and confidentiality of all inputs and generated output files.
You must not abuse the Service by introducing viruses, trojans, or executing denial of service attacks.
Reverse engineering or scraping website logic for commercial replication is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewal

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plan"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.

Automatic Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you or Parsify cancel it.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the client-side Billing Portal or by contacting support at support@parsify.tools. If you cancel, you will maintain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Payment Security: Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or collect your payment card details.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Parsify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Service for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Parsify, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Parsify after updates constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

1. 100% Client-Side Data Guarantee

Parsify values your privacy. All CSV formatting, JSON flattening, model code building, diff checking, and parsing utilities run locally in your browser's sandboxed environment. **Your raw datasets, structural files, database schemas, or compiled classes are never sent to our servers or third-party APIs.** Processing takes place in active RAM and is destroyed when you close the tab.

2. Information Collection & Third-Party Processors

To operate the Service, manage transactions, and analyze general site traffic, we work with reliable third-party providers:

Stripe, Inc. (Payments): If you purchase a Pro subscription, Stripe collects billing details, email, and card parameters. Parsify receives and retains only a Stripe Customer ID and subscription status indicator.
Google AdSense (Advertising): Google AdSense serves ads on the Free tier. Google uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visit to Parsify and other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
Plausible Analytics (Metrics): We use Plausible for aggregate, privacy-focused website usage metrics. Plausible does not collect personal identifiers, track across sites, or use cookies.

3. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use necessary cookies for session tracking and checkout management via Stripe. Google AdSense utilizes third-party advertising cookies to customize and evaluate ads. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so might affect certain Stripe payment integrations.

4. GDPR & CCPA Data Subject Rights

Depending on your location, you have legal rights regarding your personal information under frameworks like GDPR (EEA) and CCPA (California):

Right to access, edit, or delete any billing records we hold.
Right to restrict or object to processing of billing profiles.
Right to data portability.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your Parsify Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent subsequent automatic renewals of your billing cycle.

To cancel your billing profile:

Open the user dashboard interface or plans page.
Click the **Manage Billing** option to open the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
Click **Cancel Subscription** and confirm.

You will retain active access to all Pro Tier tools (unlimited rows, multi-language generator, log parsing, ad removal) until your current paid billing cycle expires. No further charges will occur.

2. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the digital nature of Parsify Pro and the immediate access to its advanced capabilities (such as unlimited row conversions, model compilation, log parsing, and ad removal), **all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable**.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable, and that cancellations will stop subsequent automatic billing renewals but will not result in a refund of any prepaid fees.

3. Evaluate Before Upgrading

We strongly encourage all users to evaluate the utility using our free online converter and formatter tiers before upgrading. The free tiers offer the exact same processing engine as the Pro tier but with a row limit, allowing you to thoroughly verify compatibility and suitability with your files and log schemas before committing to an upgrade.

4. Billing Discrepancies & Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred (such as double charging or unauthorized transactions), please contact our billing department at billing@parsify.tools within 30 days of the transaction, and we will work with you to resolve the billing issue.
